Job Title: P/C Senior Actuary/Senior Property & Casualty Actuary

Salary: $110,000 – $150,000 + 6% Annual Bonus
We are seeking a P/C Senior Actuary to support pricing, reserving, and actuarial analysis for Property & Casualty insurance products. This role will analyze data, develop rate recommendations, support regulatory filings, and contribute to actuarial projects and business initiatives.
Perform actuarial analysis related to pricing, reserving, and rate development.
Research and analyze data to identify trends and recommend solutions.
Support rate filings and actuarial reporting.
Develop rate adjustment proposals and actuarial models.
Participate in cross-functional projects and business initiatives.
Maintain actuarial credentials and continuing education requirements.
5+ years of Property & Casualty actuarial experience.
ACAS designation or near completion of ACAS requirements.
Working toward FCAS credential.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Experience with pricing, reserving, or actuarial modeling.
Hybrid schedule: 3 days onsite, 2 days remote.
