Required Skills

Develop specifications and test plans
Identify workflows and downstream system impacts
Perform field-level documentation and specifications
Work closely with interface/integration teams
Required experience:
Epic experience is a must
Healthcare integration background
Monitoring interfaces between systems (Epic, labs, radiology, billing, external partners, etc.)
Investigating data discrepancies and missing data
Troubleshooting HL7 and FHIR interface issues
Analyzing message failures and error queues
Working with business users to understand what data should be flowing versus what is actually flowing
Creating remediation plans and tracking issues through resolution
Testing interface changes and validating data accuracy
